Positive: We absolutely loved the awesome location during our two-week stay—it was just minutes from the subway and bus stops, with tones of cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores within an easy walk. The apartment was huge and perfect for a group! It came with three rooms, two full bathrooms (one being an en-suite in the master), and four reliable AC units that kept us nice and cool. We were also happy that the beds and mattresses were really comfortable—a huge plus for a 14-night trip. The staff were super helpful and friendly; we asked for something, and boom—it was provided right away. We also really appreciated that the kitchen was a lifesaver—the dishwasher, gas range, and fridge all worked great, which made the long stay much easier.
Negative: Overall, it was a great stay, but we did hit a few bumps right when we first checked in. The room wasn't as clean as we'd hoped, and we had a few broken things: a clogged washroom, a busted toilet bidet, and a dead TV remote. Big shout-out to the team though: everything was promptly fixed in a day or two after we let them know. The only other thing to note for a long stay was the limited kitchen gear. If you're a larger group (5-6 people) planning to cook constantly, you might struggle a bit with the pots and pans they have on hand.
